Job Opportunity: Sales Executive
Are you a dynamic and driven professional with a proven track record in IT staffing (5 years of Professional Sales experience)? Do you have an active book of business in the Denver and surrounding areas? If so, we want you to join our team as a Sales Executive!
We’re adding a Sales Executive to our team at NOVUS Professional Services. Successful Sales Executives in this vertical love the sales process, excel at making data driven decisions, understand the needs of the Professional Services industry and are passionate about helping Professional Services businesses compete in today’s market. They understand how to turn a cold call into a face-to-face meeting, and then how to work with that prospect to create value for both that potential client and NOVUS. They also thrive in high-growth environments with the ability to make an impact. 
As a Sales Executive in Professional Services, you will be responsible for selling our core software engineering services to new and/or established client businesses (typically greater than 500 employees). You will work with these business owners and their leaders to help them define project needs in terms of skills and experience, with the goal of providing appropriate temporary staffing solutions.
Sales Executives target and convert prospects into clients with their thorough understanding of NOVUS' value proposition and their ability to quantify that benefit for clients. You will write proposals, gain appropriate approvals, and present those proposals to your prospective clients. You are also responsible for or meeting the yearly sales quota of professional services staff by identifying, prospecting, presenting, proposing and closing our services to C-level executives within NOVUS' defined verticals.
 Qualifications:
  • Proven IT Staffing Experience: Minimum of [3 to 5 ] years of experience in consultative sales, with a demonstrated track record of success.
· Previous experience with developing own leads and prospecting for new business
· Prior experience selling in one of the following industries is a plus: Technology, Telecom, Cable, Internet Provider
· Experience making Professional Services connections in the Front Range.
  • Active Book of Business: Possess an active book of business in the Denver and surrounding areas, with established relationships with I.T. senior leadership.
  • Commission-Driven: Open to working on a commission-based structure with a hunger to exceed targets and earn lucrative rewards.
  • Results-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving and surpassing sales goals. Able to demonstrate past success through measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present ideas to both clients and internal teams.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Motivated to quickly build and expand the number of accounts. Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to prospective clients’ sites within United States
